Michele
I began Pilates in 2010 seeking ways to reduce pain from a hip injury. The combination of Pilates exercises and specialized equipment made it possible to activate muscles that had not been functioning. Progressively, I rebuilt strength and felt better! The benefits of Pilates steadily continued, and this inspired me to learn more so I could teach Pilates to others. I completed my comprehensive teacher certification in 2017 with Pilates Sports Center and Master Teacher Lee Cooper.

I focus on supporting clients at their levels and work with beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. I enjoy figuring out how to apply the Pilates Method to individuals’ areas of growth as well as advancing their strengths. I offer variety, challenge and break down exercises into achievable steps. I ask clients to be attentive to their movement in order to build strength while in correct alignment.
As a Pilates Teacher, I pursue continuing education yearly to grow and improve my skills. In working with clients, I use their feedback with my technical know-how to get the best benefits of Pilates for them. It's fun to be part of clients feeling better and functioning with increased confidence.
Through a dedicated practice of Pilates, most people have an improved sense of well-being and a better understanding of how to best support their bodies. Increases in strength, flexibility and muscle control lead to an welcomed sense of renewal!!
